The medical-diagnostic laboratory with microbiology (situated only a few meters from the traffic junction Burggasse-Stadthalle (U6, 48A)) is part of IHR LABOR – one of the leading, ultramodern diagnostic laboratory groups in Austria. As part of this group, we have committed ourselves to the highest quality criteria in terms of employee competence, diagnostic analysis as well as personal advice and care for our patients.

Our state-of-the-art laboratory is located on the 4th floor of the office wing in Lugner City which is directly accessible from the free parking garage as well as Gablenzgasse 3.

Particularly short waiting times, a large play area and, above all, our specially trained and experienced phlebotomists ensure that even our little test subjects feel comfortable with us.

Mon-Fr 7.00am – 3.30pm

Please come fasting for blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, homocysteine, crosslaps and aldosterone.

Children’s blood sample <6 years:
Mon-Fri 7.00am – 3.30pm
Children up to 14 years of age only when accompanied by a legal guardian or with written consent from their legal representative.

Coagulation adjustment:
Mon-Fri 8.00am – 12.00pm

Blood sugar load (oGTT):
Only by appointment

Breath test:
With strict preparation, only by appointment

Urine release under supervision, Sperm count sample collection:
Mon-Fri 7.00am – 3.30pm

Genital swab:
Mon-Fri 8.00am – 3.30pm
